Vivid Reissue September 3!
As previously reported by Billboard.com (click here for article) a few weeks ago, Sony will re-release a remastered and revised edition of LC's first album Vivid September 3. The revised album will host five rarities, including three that have never before been issued on CD.

LC in Entertainment Weekly!
Living Colour is mentioned in the "Hear & Now" part (page 72) of the Music section in this week's Entertainment Weekly (vin diesel on cover). It basically mentions the reunion, the positive response at concerts, what they had been up to, the new record (with expected guests), the vivid reissue, and the bands like Rage and Limp that owe a lot to LC, etc.

Record Deal!
Just got word from a source close to the band that Living Colour have signed with a major label! Can't give any further details at the moment, but they haven't re-signed with Sony as one might assume. More details soon! Also, our source says the House Of Blues show is postponed, not cancelled. The reason is actually good news; they would rather concentrate on finishing the new record and have a full blown tour for it than just do spot dates every month or so.

DCN.com webcast added
A link to the DCN webcast of the 5/1/02 Winooski, VT show has been added. However, DCN reports the archive is temporarly down due to server maintenance. We'll let you know when the webcast is working again. It's a must see show! They play two new songs and they are tighter then ever as a band.

Recording pushed back to March 1st
Recording at Long View Farms has been re-scheduled and will begin March 1st - 17th. Writing for a new album has already began and the guys will be jamming together before they go in. Adrian Sherwood will be on board over seeing production as he did with the October 1994 sessions on Pride. Corey tells me Ron Saint Germain (LC, 311, Bad Brains, Sound Garden) may help out with mixing. stay tuned for studio updates..and possible pics and video of the guys on the farm.

Living Colour in Studio Feb 15!
Living Colour will go into Long View Farms studio February 15 to begin work on their fourth album, and no doubt another masterpeice. No word yet on producers, or even record deals. Stay connected here for more details soon.
